Once your organisation’s access to TAWWER has been authorised, select New Application and complete the required sections before submitting the project for ERDC review.

What the Application Covers
Complete every section in TAWWER before submitting. Incomplete applications cannot be assessed.
Organisation Information
Legal name, Tax Registration Number, trade licence, business activity, group details, contact details and UAE location.
Project Information
Title, reference, owner, location, dates, status and execution model.
Research Details
Objectives, methodology, knowledge sources, experimental activities and scientific or technological uncertainties.
Project Execution
Workplan, milestones, R&D team, roles, expertise, timeline and delivery model.
Budget and Qualifying R&D Expenditure
Enter the estimated budget and identify the expenditure included in the application.
Submission
What Happens After Submission?
ERDC assesses the project against the five R&D criteria and the expenditure against the qualifying categories.
If clarification is needed, ERDC may issue a Request for Information through TAWWER. A Request for Information is not a rejection.
The outcome may be approved, approved in part or rejected, and is issued through TAWWER for the relevant Tax Period.
